02 / From presence to relationship
A professional identity becomes meaningful through the people it connects. KeepDr’s own appointment system gives that connection a next step.
Let patients discover your approach, your expertise and where you practise.
Offer appointment types and available times on your published site, once you enable booking.
Review requests, confirm appointments and manage your day or week. Patients can track, reschedule or cancel through their private appointment page.
Online booking and appointment management. A request becomes an appointment when confirmed. Status updates and due reminders appear in the private patient page; email, SMS and push delivery are not yet available.
03 / The whole professional picture
Our direction is a connected product for your professional presence, patient relationships and daily work. Add the capabilities your practice needs, with you at the centre.
How people know you.
How people connect with you.
How your working day comes together.
How the right people find you.
Our roadmap — planned, not available features.
A richer professional profile with structured education, publications, languages and multiple practice addresses. Professional content, search visibility, feedback requests and managed advertising for higher service tiers.
Advertising would use the doctor’s own account, with management fees and an approved advertising budget stated separately.
Appointment waiting lists, automated confirmations and reminders delivered beyond the patient page, pre-visit information and follow-up. First-visit guides, intake forms, consent documents and document sharing.
A fuller patient portal would bring past and upcoming appointments, forms, documents and secure communication together.
Secretary access, team permissions, multiple locations and daily work lists. Patient records, clinical notes and AI visit summaries reviewed and approved by the doctor.
Prescription and laboratory connections would be developed for the systems used in each supported country. Clinical tools would require role-based access and an activity history.
Appointment deposits, payment links, cancellation terms and service packages. Reporting on visits, appointment requests, confirmed bookings, cancellations, missed appointments, occupancy and advertising results.
Patient payments for care would be a separate service from your KeepDr subscription.
Each capability will be introduced as it is ready. Your identity stays at the centre as the product grows.
A clearer picture
Your name, professional story, visual expression and the ways patients connect with you, held together in a coherent digital presence. Your domain and website are the foundation; appointment relationships and the wider practice vision grow around them.
The released product includes personal domains and websites, 13 design directions, and KeepDr’s own appointment system with availability, appointment types, requests, confirmation, rescheduling and cancellation. Booking needs to be configured and enabled on a published site. Contact us about access and the setup for your practice.
The roadmap above covers richer professional profiles, waiting lists, wider patient communication, forms, a fuller portal, team tools, patient payments, clinical tools, visibility services and reporting. These are future capabilities. Appointment status updates and due reminders currently appear in the private patient page; external email, SMS and push delivery is not yet configured.
Your portrait can make your presence more personal, but the choice is yours. Your name, expertise and story can lead a complete photo-free design. The fictional portrait on this page is a disclosed design study, never a default photo for a real doctor.
Email forwarding routes incoming messages to your existing inbox. Contact us to confirm the forwarding setup for your domain. A hosted professional mailbox and sending mail from your domain are deferred.
Doctors and dentists building an individual professional presence, and medical students beginning their professional story. Your identity is personal; the capabilities you use can evolve with your career and practice.
