Terms of Use

These terms cover KeepDr Pro and the site, domain and email address it provides. They are the agreement between you and KeepDr, which is operated by an individual developer registered in Türkiye. Using the app means accepting them.

What KeepDr does

KeepDr registers a .com domain in your name, points it at a small public page you fill in from your phone, and forwards mail sent to info@ on that domain to an inbox you already use. Hosting and the TLS certificate are included.

KeepDr is a publishing tool. It gives no medical or dental advice, plays no part in the care you provide, and nothing on a page it publishes is advice from us.

Subscription and payment

  • KeepDr Pro is a single yearly subscription. It is sold and billed by Apple, at the price shown in the App Store for your country, and charged to your Apple Account. There is no free trial.
  • It renews automatically each year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • Cancel or change it at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions, or from Manage subscription in the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep everything until the end of the term you have already paid for.
  • Refunds are Apple’s to give. We cannot refund an App Store purchase — request one through Apple. If Apple refunds you, access ends with the refund.
  • Your use of the app itself is governed by Apple’s standard licensed application end user licence agreement.

What Pro includes

  • One .com domain, registered for you and renewed while you subscribe. The registration fee is included at ordinary .com pricing; premium names above our cost ceiling are not available through the app.
  • DNS, hosting and a TLS certificate for the page.
  • Up to five forwarding addresses on your domain, such as info@.
  • The app: layouts, themes, your photo, opening hours, services, the appointment inbox, the QR code and the email signature.

The domain

We register the domain through KeepDr’s Cloudflare Registrar account, which is the registrant of record, and we renew it for as long as your subscription is active. For as long as you subscribe, the name is exclusively yours to use — the page it points at and the addresses on it are yours, and we will not point it anywhere else or give it to anyone else.

If you would rather hold the domain in your own registrar account, write to [email protected] and we will arrange the transfer. It is done by a person rather than from a button in the app.

If your subscription ends

  • Your page stops being served. Visitors see a short notice instead of your content. While Apple is still retrying a failed payment the subscription counts as active and the page stays up — we do not take a site down over a card that is about to go through.
  • We stop renewing the domain. We do not resell it, redirect it or point it at anyone else, but we do not keep paying for it either. When the year already paid for runs out the registration lapses, and the name goes back to the registry where anyone may take it.
  • If you want to keep the name, ask before then. Write to [email protected] and we will transfer the domain to a registrar account of your own. Once a registration has lapsed it is out of our hands.
  • Subscribe again before it lapses and your page comes back as it was, with the domain renewing again.

Your content is your responsibility

  • What you publish stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to store, host and display it while you subscribe.
  • You are responsible for it being accurate and lawful — in particular for the medical and dental advertising rules of the country you practise in. We do not review your claims, your titles or your credentials against local law, and we cannot tell you what your regulator permits.
  • Do not publish someone else’s identity, qualifications or work as your own, and do not use the domain or the forwarding address to send bulk or deceptive mail.
  • The appointment form has no health field on purpose. Do not collect patient health information through KeepDr.

Abuse and suspension

Anyone can report a page at keepdr.com/report. We may suspend a site that impersonates a real person, breaks the law, or exists to deceive; a suspended site serves a notice page instead of its content. We will say why if you ask, and you can reply to [email protected]. Suspension does not stop you asking us to transfer the domain to your own registrar account.

Availability

KeepDr is run by one person on a small number of servers. We keep it up and we fix what breaks, but there is no uptime guarantee, and maintenance and outages will happen. If they are long or repeated, write to [email protected] and we will sort something out.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you actually paid for the subscription term in which the problem arose. We are not liable for lost income, lost patients or lost opportunity. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud, and nothing here takes away consumer rights you have where you live.

Ending the agreement

You can cancel at any time through Apple, and delete your site and data from the app. We may end the agreement for a serious or repeated breach of these terms — in which case you can still ask us to transfer the domain to your own registrar account.

Changes and law

We may change these terms; the date at the top says when they last changed, and anything material is announced in the app first. They are governed by the law of Türkiye, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction, without taking away any protection you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
